These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you and Maticalgos Technologies Private Limited in relation to your use of Volrix. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Volrix, a product operated by Maticalgos Technologies Private Limited. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use Volrix.
2. Nature of the Service
Volrix provides software tools for market analysis, research support, quantitative review, and strategy-oriented backtesting workflows. The service is intended to assist users with analysis and operational research. Volrix does not act as a broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, fiduciary, or custodian.
3. No Financial Advice
All information, analysis, signals, summaries, commentary, backtests, simulations, templates, and outputs made available through Volrix are provided for informational and analytical purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or structure any security, derivative, or strategy.
4. Backtest and Simulation Disclaimer
Backtest results, simulated outcomes, model outputs, and historical analyses are inherently limited. They are based on assumptions, available data, system rules, and retrospective conditions that may not reflect real execution, liquidity, slippage, latency, costs, market impact, data quality issues, changing regimes, or future market conditions. Historical and simulated results must not be treated as reliable indicators of live performance.
5. User Responsibility for Decisions and P&L
You remain solely responsible for evaluating any analysis or output generated through Volrix and for all decisions made on the basis of that information. Maticalgos Technologies Private Limited does not monitor, manage, optimize for, or assume responsibility for any user's profit, loss, trading result, portfolio outcome, tax consequence, or business decision.
6. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
You may be required to create an account to access some features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or suspected security incident.
7. Acceptable Use
You may use Volrix only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components except where expressly permitted by law, use the service to violate regulations, or submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content.
8. Data Inputs and Output Quality
Outputs from Volrix may depend on user prompts, uploaded content, data sources, external services, assumptions, and system limitations. You acknowledge that the service may produce incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, inconsistent, or unsuitable output. You are responsible for independent verification before relying on any output for trading, investment, compliance, legal, tax, operational, or commercial purposes.
9. Fees, Billing, and Subscription Changes
Paid features may be offered on a subscription or other commercial basis. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable charges, taxes, and recurring fees disclosed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. All purchases, subscription fees, renewals, taxes, and charges are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. We may change pricing, plan structure, or feature availability prospectively by updating the relevant terms or pricing pages.
10. Intellectual Property
Volrix, including its software, interface, branding, content, design elements, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Maticalgos Technologies Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for its intended purpose.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Volrix if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the platform in a manner that could harm the service, other users, or third parties.
12. Warranties Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volrix is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maticalgos Technologies Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, trading gains, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, Volrix, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maticalgos Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of Volrix, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Maharashtra, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Volrix shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Volrix after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
