Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains that Maticalgos Technologies Private Limited does not provide refunds for Volrix purchases except where required by applicable law.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and paid services offered through Volrix by Maticalgos Technologies Private Limited. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this policy in addition to the Terms of Service.
2. Evaluate Before Purchase
Volrix may offer free access, trial access, demos, or publicly available product information to help users evaluate the platform before purchasing. You are expected to review the available information and assess suitability for your needs before completing a paid purchase.
3. No Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Maticalgos Technologies Private Limited does not provide refunds for subscriptions, renewals, partial billing periods, unused access, usage-based charges, discounted purchases, promotional purchases, taxes, payment processor fees, or any other paid Volrix service, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
4. No Credits or Proration
Cancellation stops future billing for subsequent periods but does not create a right to a refund, credit, extension, or prorated adjustment for the current or prior billing period. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated in the product or account settings.
5. Trading Outcomes and Product Results
Refunds, credits, or adjustments will not be provided because of trading losses, missed profits, dissatisfaction with backtest outcomes, differences between live and historical performance, disagreement with analytical output, data limitations, or a user's decision not to use the service after purchase.
6. Account Suspension or Termination
Accounts suspended, restricted, or terminated for violation of the Terms of Service, misuse of the platform, suspected abuse, payment failure, or legal or security risk are not eligible for any refund, credit, or compensation.
7. Exceptions Required by Law
If applicable law requires a refund despite this policy, we will process the refund required by law after reasonable verification. Any legally required refund will be limited to the amount required under the applicable law and will generally be returned to the original payment method.
8. Billing Questions
For billing questions, cancellation help, or payment issues, email hello@volrix.ai from your registered email address and include your full name, account email, purchase date and time, and transaction reference.
9. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law.
